We come to you, walk the project, take measurements, photograph the existing conditions, and listen. The most important part of any quote is understanding what you actually want — not what's easiest to sell.
Within 7 days you receive a detailed written quote. Materials specified by name, scope broken down by phase, timeline laid out clearly. No hidden fees. No 'allowances.' If it's in the quote, that's the price.
Once you approve, we order materials, secure permits if needed, and lock in your start date. We carry workers' comp and liability insurance — proof of both is sent to you before we lift a trowel.
Donny is on-site every working day. We protect your landscaping, contain dust and debris, and tidy up before we leave each evening. Most jobs include daily progress photos sent direct to your phone.
Before final payment we walk every square inch with you. Mortar needs proper curing — we'll explain how to protect new work in its first 28 days, and we'll come back to fix anything that doesn't meet our standards.
Two-year workmanship warranty on all new construction. One-year warranty on repointing and restoration. Materials warranted per manufacturer terms. Real warranty — not fine print.
